Brayton Purcell Stompers to "Climb California " for the American Lung Association
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (PRWeb) February 9, 2007 -- The law firm of Brayton Purcell is a sponsor of "Climb California," a fundraiser in which teams hike up 1,197 steps to the 52nd floor of a city high-rise to support the American Lung Association. A team of ten employees, the Brayton Purcell Stompers, will take part in the event on Saturday, March 31. They hope to raise over $1,000 for the American Lung Association, which would be in addition to the law firm's sponsorship donation.
Thousands are expected to "Climb California." So far, participants range in age from 12 through 76. All share a spirit of adventure and the desire to help a worthy cause. Once they reach the top, team members will be treated to an incredible view from the Carnelian Room, a fine San Francisco dining spot. For information about donating, volunteering or registering as a participant, see the Climb California web site at http://www.climbcalifornia.org
