Bustling Victorville, California, Relies On InterAct For Dispatching Fire Agencies

Phase II wireless enabled InterAct CAD allows for dispatchers to locate mobile phone callers on the InterAct GIS map, which is especially useful if a caller does not know their exact location. The system can locate that caller to within three meters of their location, allowing dispatchers to get emergency services to the caller's location faster.
